Joseph III's Book of Mormon Experience

Before going to press I searched for a suitable Joseph Smith III quote concerning his feelings about the Book of Mormon but could not find what I wanted.  Recently sister Robyn Mun spotted a clipping from the Herald of May 7, 1951 stuck in a book at the Stone Church.  She was thoughtful enough to send it along to me and I want to share it with those who visit this website.  Click on Miscellaneous to read this article.  8/31/09

Austin Farrer Quote

Though argument does not create conviction, lack of it destroys belief.  What seems to be proved may not be embraced; but what no one shows the ability to defend is quickly abandoned.  Rational argument does not create belief, but it maintains a climate in which belief may flourish.
